Export Stock for Vehicle Exporters
This page is for exporters specifically — companies that buy used vehicles to move them across borders, not just to resell locally. It explains how our export stock is prepared with export in mind, and how access, documentation and transport fit together. Kapitan B2B works only with companies, not with private buyers. Public visitors see limited vehicle information; full specifications, VIN, export prices and documents are reserved for approved B2B partners after account and document approval. If exporting is your core activity, this page outlines how to work with us.
Stock prepared with export in mind
Our export stock consists of used vehicles across brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Citroën, Peugeot and Renault, intended for resale and export rather than local retail. Each vehicle is a separate listing with photos showing real condition, including visible signs of use. Each vehicle is assessed individually, based on its own listing, photos and available details. For an exporter, that per-vehicle clarity matters, because you are committing before the vehicle crosses a border.
Export documentation and transport
Export documentation can be discussed per vehicle and pickup, including EX-A and EUR.1 where applicable and on request. Transport is arranged in consultation. We do not state fixed costs or timelines; these depend on the vehicle and destination and are confirmed per case. Raising your documentation and transport needs early lets them be handled alongside the purchase rather than after the fact.
Access for exporters
To buy, you need an approved B2B account and approved company documents — separate steps. Required company documents typically include company registration details and a valid VAT number, plus your exporter details where relevant. An approved account lets you log in and see more; document approval is required before a proforma invoice can be issued. This keeps every export properly documented from the outset.
Payment and release
When a vehicle fits, send a purchase request — not a reservation, and it does not hold the vehicle. After document approval and confirmation, we issue a proforma invoice; payment is by bank transfer; payment confirmation is valid only after our review; the vehicle is released once payment is visible on our account. International transfers can take several working days, so plan ahead.
