B2B Vehicle Stock for Professional Dealers
Kapitan B2B is a vehicle stock platform for professional dealers, exporters and resellers. The focus here is on the inventory itself and how you access it: what the export stock contains, what is public, and what opens up once you are an approved B2B partner. We work only with companies, not with private buyers. Stock changes quickly, with new vehicles added regularly, so the platform is built around fast availability and daily stock updates. This page explains how our vehicle inventory works, what you can see at each stage, and how to get full access as an approved B2B partner.
What our vehicle inventory contains
Our export stock is made up of selected used vehicles, mostly common diesel and petrol models from brands such as Volkswagen, Škoda, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Citroën, Peugeot and Renault. Each listing includes photos that show the vehicle's real condition, including visible signs of use. We do not hide wear. The inventory is meant to be assessed quickly: dealers should be able to scan the stock and judge whether a vehicle fits their market. Public listings carry limited information. Full specifications, VIN, export prices and documents are part of the approved B2B view, not the public one.
Public listings vs. approved B2B access
The public side exists so you can judge our stock before applying. It shows limited vehicle information only. The full inventory view — including VIN, export prices, complete specifications and documents — is reserved for approved B2B partners. Access has two separate stages: account approval and document approval. An approved account lets you log in and see more, but a proforma invoice can only be issued after your required company documents are approved. We keep prices and documents off the public pages deliberately, to protect trade data and keep the platform focused on professional buyers.
Daily stock updates and fast availability
New vehicles are added to the inventory regularly, and availability can change quickly. Vehicles do not stay in stock indefinitely. For dealers, this means acting on stock while it is current. Daily stock updates help you keep up: you see new export stock as it is listed, rather than checking the site at random. Updates reach approved B2B partners through the channels they prefer. If a steady view of fresh stock matters to your buying, following the daily stock updates is the simplest way to stay informed.
How approval and buying work
To buy from the inventory, you need an approved B2B account and approved company documents. These are separate steps. Once both are in place, you can send a purchase request for a specific vehicle. A purchase request is not a reservation and does not hold the vehicle. After confirmation, we issue a proforma invoice; payment is by bank transfer; you send payment confirmation, which is valid only after our review. The vehicle is released once payment is visible on our account. Export documents and transport are arranged around pickup.
